- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. Point a CNAME at the platform and your storefront answers on your domain, with its own branding, tax settings and currency. Adding a domain does not require a deploy.
- Do I have to choose between B2B and B2C?
- No. One catalog serves both. Approved business customers see account pricing, quotes and terms; the public store shows list pricing. Which a visitor sees depends on who they are signed in as.
- Can I bring my own payment and accounting accounts?
- That is the intended setup. You connect your own Stripe, PayPal, Xero, carrier and messaging accounts, so pricing and settlement stay between you and those providers.
- How do supplier catalogs get in?
- Import a supplier CSV or feed, map its categories to yours once, and schedule a refresh. Existing products update on price and stock; new SKUs are listed for review rather than published automatically.
- What happens to quotes once a customer accepts?
- An accepted quote becomes an invoice with a payment link. The customer can sign it electronically and pay online, and the result posts to your accounting integration.
- How long does it take to launch?
- A storefront with your catalog and branding is a matter of days rather than quarters. The longest step is usually agreeing your category structure and pricing rules, not the software.
