Features

Everything the platform does, and how each part works.

No feature matrix with asterisks. Each capability below is in the product today, with the three steps it takes to use it.

Storefront

A themeable store on your own domain.

Your catalog, your branding, your domain — rendered server-side so pages are fast and indexable from day one.

  1. 1

    Set your brand

Logo, colours, type and homepage sections come from your workspace settings. No theme files to edit.

  2. 2

    Point your domain

Add your domain in the admin, create one DNS record, and the store answers there with managed TLS.

  3. 3

    Publish

Products you mark visible appear immediately; search, categories and brand pages build themselves.

A storefront being themed with colour swatches

Included

  • Faceted search across large catalogs
  • Category, brand and landing pages
  • Homepage banners, announcements and popups
  • Product reviews and Q&A
  • Wishlists, saved carts and abandoned-cart recovery
  • Per-page SEO, structured data, sitemaps and redirects

Quote portal

Requests in, quotes out, paid online.

Buyers who cannot find it in a catalog just ask. You price it, send a link, and they accept, sign and pay from that link.

  1. 1

    Customer submits a request

Free-form: item, brand, part number, quantity, target price, or a pasted list. No account required to ask.

  2. 2

    You build the quote

Add lines from your catalog or type them, apply the customer's pricing, estimate shipping, choose payment options.

  3. 3

    They accept and pay

The customer opens an unguessable link, e-signs if you require it, and pays by card, bank payment or account terms. The quote becomes an invoice and an order without rekeying.

A request becoming a quote and then a paid invoice

Included

  • Catalog-free request form and paste-a-list
  • Quote builder with margin visibility
  • E-signature via DocuSeal
  • Public quote and invoice documents with PDF
  • Bank transfer, card and POLi on every invoice
  • Customer accounts with request history

Catalog & pricing

One catalog, however many suppliers.

Import supplier files, map their categories onto your own, and price everything with rules instead of spreadsheets.

  1. 1

    Import

Upload a supplier CSV or connect a feed. You see the column and category mapping before anything is written.

  2. 2

    Enrich

AI fills in titles, descriptions, specifications and search synonyms the feed left out — every field stays editable.

  3. 3

    Price

Cost-plus markup rules by category, brand or supplier; customer groups, tiers and quantity breaks; per-contract prices.

Supplier rows flowing into a product catalog

Included

  • CSV and feed import with mapping preview
  • Scheduled price and stock refresh
  • Duplicate detection across suppliers
  • AI enrichment with per-field override
  • Markup rules, price analytics and quantity breaks
  • Product bundles, badges and cross-sell rules

Orders & fulfilment

Every order in one pipeline.

Storefront orders, quote-based orders and account orders share one status model, one fulfilment flow and one set of reports.

  1. 1

    Capture

Orders arrive from the store, from accepted quotes, or created by staff on behalf of a customer.

  2. 2

    Fulfil

Pick, pack, book a label with your carrier account, and the tracking number lands on the order and in the customer's email.

  3. 3

    Close the loop

Backorders, partial shipments, refunds with approval, and a digest of what is short before customers ask.

Orders moving through fulfilment stages to delivery

Included

  • Unified order list with stages and filters
  • Packing slips and shipping labels
  • Backorder tracking and daily digest
  • Refunds with approval codes
  • Order and customer notifications by email and SMS
  • Sales, financial and tax reporting

Customers & B2B

Retail buyers and trade accounts, side by side.

Consumers check out as guests or with an account. Trade customers get company accounts, roles, approvals and their own prices.

  1. 1

    Company accounts

A company has many buyers, each with a role and a spending limit. Orders above a limit wait for approval.

  2. 2

    Account pricing

Assign a customer group or a contract price book and the storefront, quotes and invoices all honour it.

  3. 3

    Self-service

Customers see order history, invoices, saved lists and requests without calling you.

Included

  • Store customers and B2B companies
  • Customer groups and price books
  • Buyer roles and purchase approvals
  • Invitations and account applications
  • Team members per company
  • Impersonate a customer to help them

Payments

Take payment the way the deal works.

Card on the storefront, bank payment on a large invoice, account terms for the customers who have earned them — with your own provider accounts.

  1. 1

    Connect your accounts

Stripe for cards, POLi for direct bank payments, PayPal — each with your credentials, settling to your bank.

  2. 2

    Choose per channel

Decide which methods the storefront offers, and which each quote or invoice allows.

  3. 3

    Reconcile

Payments post against the order or invoice and sync to accounting, with surcharges and fees recorded.

A checkout offering card, bank and account-terms options

Included

  • Stripe card payments
  • POLi bank payments
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer and account terms
  • Card surcharges and fee pass-through
  • Refunds and payment-status webhooks

Marketing

Promotions, campaigns and search visibility.

Run sales without a developer, keep customers coming back, and make sure search engines and shopping feeds can find you.

  1. 1

    Promote

Coupons, quantity breaks, badges and scheduled campaigns with hero banners and popups.

  2. 2

    Retain

Newsletter capture, back-in-stock alerts, abandoned-cart recovery and SMS notifications.

  3. 3

    Be found

Per-page metadata, structured data, sitemaps, redirects, and product feeds to Google and Microsoft shopping.

  • SMS templates and sending

Integrations

Bring your own accounts.

Every connector authenticates with your credentials. Leave the platform and your integrations leave with you.

  1. 1

    Connect

Enter your API keys or complete the provider's OAuth flow from the admin. Nothing is shared between workspaces.

  2. 2

    Map

Choose which accounts, carriers or feeds apply, and how statuses and contacts line up.

  3. 3

    Run

Invoices sync to accounting, labels book with your carriers, feeds push to shopping channels — on schedule.

Administration

Staff, permissions and audit.

Give each staff member exactly the pages they need, keep a record of what changed, and manage several storefronts from one console.

  1. 1

    Invite staff

Add team members and grant them specific admin pages. Super admins manage staff and see financials.

  2. 2

    Audit

Every significant action — refunds, price changes, logins-as — is logged with who, what and when.

  3. 3

    Scale

Run multiple storefronts and brands on one catalog and one admin, each on its own domain.

Included

  • Per-page staff permissions
  • Two-factor authentication
  • Audit log
  • Multiple storefronts and brands
  • System health and maintenance mode
  • Command palette search across the admin
