Do you charge a transaction fee on orders?
No. Every payment method — card, bank payment, PayPal, account terms — runs through your own provider accounts. We never sit in the payment flow, so there is no per-order fee from us on top of whatever your provider charges.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month unless you choose annual billing. Cancel from the admin and your storefront stays up until the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
You will see it coming — the admin shows how close you are to your SKU, seat or storefront limits. Upgrading is a plan change, not a migration; nothing about your catalog, orders or customers moves.
What does migration from another platform cost?
It is not a separate line item. Bring a product export and we scope the catalog import and any redirect work with you before you commit to a plan — see the comparison pages for what a typical migration involves.
Is annual billing really two months free?
Yes — pay for 10 months up front and the plan runs for 12. The toggle above shows the effective monthly price either way.
What is included in support?
Every plan includes support by email. Growth adds priority response times; Scale and Enterprise add a named contact who knows your account.
